Hello Dear One,
If you've ever wondered how to do any sort of exercise best, here are a few basics that should be used essentially always.
KEEP WEIGHT OVER YOUR HEELS.
This will make you recruit muscles in the back of your body (hamstrings, glutes, back in general), vs quads, knees :O, chest, and fronts of shoulders.
The muscles on the back of our body generally have more strength and endurance.
Plus working them brings us UPRIGHT, vs pulled forward.
PUSH KNEES OUT (on way UP and DOWN).
This will ensure that the knees don't collapse in and instead are supported and pushed towards a more supported direction.
KEEP A FLAT BACK.
A flat back is a protected back.
Straight lines help distribute load, while broken/bent lines direct stress at the break.
This way you'll never stress out one part of you more (which is often the weakest link anyway).
