7 Tips to Lose Fat Fast

Hello Dear One!


These are our society's greatest issues correct?



FAT = OBESITY.



SICK = some sort of degenerative disease - diabetes, heart disease, cancer, stroke.



NUMB = using food, alcohol, drugs, or some other substance in an addictive way to check out.



DUMB = being disconnected from OURSELVES and not being able to hear our own inner guidance.



WHAT TO DO?

 




The 3 Pillars of Health are what I refer to time and time again to either give people a SOLID foundation to PREVENT the bulk of this madness, OR to get them out of the weeds and back on solid ground.


- DIET 
 
- either a fat burning diet which is lower carb, moderate in fat, moderate in protein
 
- or a low glycemic diet = less refined/higher fiber carbs, low fat, moderate protein


- EXERCISE
 
- walking 3+ xs/week, and doing strength/resistance work 2-3xs/week


- SUPPLEMENTATION (pharmaceutical grade)
 
- at the very least a multivitamin to deal with inflammation, hormone balance, and support to every system of the body


This will deal with the Fat and Sick part.


The NUMB part speaks to actually feeling our feelings.


Letting them COME OUT.


Giving them our attention.


Talking to others who are present to us.


Allowing ourselves to go ALL the way through to the other side vs just wanting to nail down a solution before we've even dipped our toes in our own fury/panic/despair. 


AND when we do we don't NEED to run or escape into something else.


However you feel is RIGHT, and the more RIGHT you make it the faster you'll feel, gain INSIGHT, and come back to a place of calmness and clarity.


ADDITIONALLY looking for what feels ALIVE in any given situation helps us to not want to check out.


Choosing things repeatedly in life that feel ACTIVATING and EXCITING to you will help you want to STAY and PLAY vs abandon your own ship.

 




And DUMB...


This is about being so disconnected that we only believe what we see and what we're told - vs tapping into something larger and unshakably true.


Our inner wisdom.


Our quiet voice.


The silent, gentle, but insistent pulls in one direction or another.


How to gain access if we've yet to attain it?


Being quiet and alone helps.


Sometimes talking things out helps. (Not being told what to do.)


When you hear the quiet whisper to do ___ - DO IT.


These impulses are NEVER WRONG.


Call this person.  Get that book.  Get in your car now!


Sometimes they're actually QUITE LOUD.  


That universal wisdom is accessible to ALL of us and listening to it and following it's cues will lead us to places of greater alignment, joy, synchronicity, fulfillment, FUN, and EASE!


This is the fast track to an elevated existence and one that feels GREAT!


PLUS it helps us to feel connected, serene, loved, and trusting that we are CARED FOR, WATCHED OVER, DIVINELY GUIDED.


That we'll be told whatever it is we need to know to help us in the best ways possible.


So listen to YOU.


Trust that voice.


Take action based on it.


Success and serenity are inevitable if you do (and this was all a little sermon to myself as well).
