7 Tips to Lose Fat Fast

Hello Dear One!

 

If you've felt confused, or downright stumped, about how to be HEALTHY - here's a quick study on the THREE MAIN PARTS.

 

Health to me means you not only don't get sick, have plenty of energy, maintain a healthy weight, feel strong and able, and are comfortable in your body (basically pain free).

 

It also means you do NOT get bullshit degenerative diseases that cause untimely death for many in our community, country, and world at large.

 

Health is certainly about functioning, feeling, and looking good NOW.

 

AND it's also about experiencing all that stuff LATER as well.

 

(And making sure there IS a LATER!)

 

So if you're only focused on the immediate - STOP THAT.

 

And if you're confused - do these THREE things.  Always.

 

 

 

HOLY TRINITY OF HEALTH

 

 

1. DIET:

 

If you're not brand spanking new here, you KNOW that I preach the gospel of LOWER CARB and higher FAT for fuel.

 

This is how we eat to get into/stay in a Fat Burning mode.

 

If you're not inclined to go that way, then a LOW GLYCEMIC diet would be the other direction.

 

This would mean eating more HIGHER FIBER carbs, prioritizing carbs in your diet for fuel, and more than likely needing to eat more frequently.

 

One problem with burning carbs for fuel mostly is that they create a lot of metabolic waste resulting in more inflammation.

 

Plus the ability to do Intermittent Fasting (easier on a lower carb diet) aids in helping PREVENTING CANCER(??) - as NOT EATING for longer periods of time during the day helps cancer cells not be fed or instructed to divide and multiply.

 

Plus sugar feeds cancer and having more carbs in one's diet on the regular increases the likelihood that you'll be consuming such things as well.

 

WHAT TO DO?

 

If you'd like to move more towards eating in a Fat Burning way - simply REDUCE your carbs a bit. 

 

Have a bit more protein with your meal. 

 

Make sure you are getting some fat in there as well. 

 

And STOP SNACKING! 

 

The more frequently we eat, the more we WILL eat overall, and the more we're giving our cells the instruction to DIVIDE (speeds up aging too!).

 

So if you're hungry between meals:

- drink a bunch of water

- drink apple cider vinegar in water with stevia

- drink no carb/no calorie electrolytes

- or EAT earlier and perhaps MORE at the meal you're having a hard time making it to

 

 

 

2. EXERCISE

 

We've talked about this a fair amount of times yes?

 

Walking and lifting weights can be such supportive tactics to take.

 

Plus walking as a form of cardio instead of doing something more intense will ensure you're tapping into Fat all of the time, never spike hunger, or break down muscle to find more stored sugar.

 

How do we do this to keep it SIMPLE and DOABLE?

 

WALKING - at LEAST 3xs/week for an hour at a time.

 

Break it up over more days if 30 minutes is literally all you can manage.

 

WEIGHTS - these 4 main movers will address ALL of your body in a way that's efficient and complete.

 

The fastest way to feel old is to get weak, and the best way to feel youthful and light is to stay STRONG.

 

And with these 4 compound lifts you will get strong FAST if done consistently (2-3xs/week).

- push-ups

- pull-ups

- squats

- deadlifts

3. SUPPLEMENTATION (Pharmaceutical Grade)

 

This is another cornerstone I have cried about for AGES!  (just over 18 years now to be exact!)

 

Because we have so little nutrition in our foods, we MUST get it from a vitamin or a mineral (preferably in tablet form = more stable).
