7 Tips to Lose Fat Fast

Why Women Need to BRAG!

Hello Dear One!


This is for the ladies.


A term I use with my Fat Burners is BRAGGING.


I use it because I do it in my own life and learned to do it through my School of Womanly Arts experience years ago (and for years).


I learned that woman RARELY share their accomplishments big or small vocally with others and that we've actually been CONDITIONED to do just that.


In our culture women have been taught to both put their attention out on what others need (vs themselves) and also to turn their attention inward to the degree that there's a high level of self monitoring, hyper evaluation, and ultimately self criticism.


This is where the, "too much, not enough", smush lives.

 




This hyper vigilance helps us to, "dress appropriately", not ruffle feathers, not stand out, to CONSTANTLY APOLOGIZEnot call attention to ourselves, or displease others.


This behavior was additionally reinforced by our Fore Mothers to KEEP US SAFE.


However we're mostly (HOPEFULLY!!) not dealing with physical threats to our safety on the regular - so the end of this conditioning's time has come.


The repercussions of this high level of scrutiny are SO damaging!


It contributes to anxiety and depression, emotional eating, body dysmorphia, and self harming practices in general.


It affects our self esteem, it hampers our ability to communicate, and it certainly affects our ability to lead, be influential and be a shining force in the world.


And most importantly (which is what is under all this) is that it separates us from US. 


From our inner guidance. 


From feeling connected to ourselves and others and leaves us feeling powerless and like a victim in the world.



So FUCK THAT, YES?!?



YES.


The antidote to CUSTOMARY inner criticism is SELF CELEBRATION!



BRAGGING!!


Focusing on why/what you did was SO GREAT!!!!!


Why you're such a ROCKSTAR for getting out of bed today and made a point to have your meetings start later as you knew you needed to sleep in.


Why you're a QUEEN for being mindful about how full you were that 2 bites (vs the whole slice of cake) got you to perfectly DONE.


Why you're the greatest EMPRESS that has ever lived because you disagreed with the route your partner took where your suggestion resulted in taking MORE time - but it actually gave you the time you needed to talk about the logistics of your weekend getaway then and NOT at dinner.

 


***I brag that I've been on my own weigh loss journey and that I've created some substantial change!  I brag that I'm staying focused on my behaviors and am more fully changing my relationship with food as a result of this desire.***

YAY!  


YES!


And what results from SELF CELEBRATION and framing our life through EYES of SELF CELEBRATION is that it gets us CONNECTED to our inner guidance (where we have BOUNDARIES and know what's best for us) and it keep us in the DRIVER'S SEAT of our LIFE!!


Versus feeling WEAK, uncertain, powerless, riddled with self doubt, lackluster, joyless, and SMALL.


NO THANK YOU!


This stuff is SO important.


We are malleable AF when we feel shitty about ourselves (and then even make ourselves wrong to feel that way).


But when we make ourselves RIGHT, when we make our LIVES RIGHT, we get to USE those feelings.


"Alchemize", as a sorceress of a woman I've studied with as well (read UNBOUND by Kasia Urbaniak if you'd like to understand this more fully, or create a Mistress circle :D = AMAZING).


Our LIFE FORCE and what TURNS US ON is where our power lies.


We get to have access to this CONSTANTLY.


It's OURS.


In my opinion I think it is actually the only thing we need to tend to, and when we do LIFE WORKS!


And it FEELS GREAT.


So THAT'S why we brag in Fat Burning PRO - because it's HEALTHY!  


Because it makes us feel ALIVE, GOOD, CONNECTED, in HARMONY, RIGHT with ourselves and therefore right with OTHERS.


So do it.


Start today.


Make a list of all that you did correctly - in your brain or better yet on paper.


SHARE your brags with others.


NORMALIZE IT.


Be around others that WANT to celebrate you and begin to celebrate themselves by your example.
