WALKING AND WEIGHTS.
Make this your motto in the world of the workout.
ESPECIALLY if FAT LOSS is your goal.
Especially if you're a female over 40.
Especially if you're short on time.
Especially if you want to remain injury free and able to exercise INDEFINITELY.
Especially if you want to use LESS MENTAL ENERGY in this aspect of your life.
and ESPECIALLY if you simply wish to MAKE SURE IT HAPPENS.
Keep it simple.
I recommend walking within your Fat Burning Zone (sweating while still being able to talk) for 20-60 minutes MANY days a week, and lifting weights 2-3xs/week..
Hitting your whole body each time keeps things efficient as well as enables ample downtime for recovery.
And either having a regular routine or using ONE program REGULARLY will enable you to STAY CONSISTENT while taking the guesswork out of the equation.
There is endless value with this approach vs thinking you always need to be mixing things up in order to be effective.
(Ah, no.)
