Hello Dear One!

 

I had a great walk and talk with a Fat Burner, who's also a friend, who was talking about the crazy carbs that were around her lately.

 

She even mentioned BAGELS!

 

"No one needs to be eating BAGELS everyday!"

 

I laughed inwardly and then when the conversation came back to me I owned that, "I generally eat a bagel every day."

 

(My Bagel = Neufchatel Cream Cheese, Salami, and Pesto)

 

WHAT??!

 

How CRAZY does that sound?!?

 

SUPER crazy!  I KNOW!

 

How does it work to be eating a lower carb diet, be in a Fat Burning mode, and eat refined carbs that are even heavier hitting that BREAD?!

 

It works because of a variety of things namely for me my:

 

- activity level

- level of leanness

- only eating once a day

- using Bulletproof Coffee

- being mindful of the rest of the carbs in my meal

- deliberate carb feasts (vs being lax most of the time)

- (and I believe) number of years of being in a Fat Burning mode (SO SOLID)

 

REALLY?  YES.
