I went to a super fun lounge with my sister in law last weekend and because neither of us happened to be drinking I felt doubly self conscious sitting at a busy bar on a Saturday night.
I went through a whole journey in my own mind weighing the consequence of the choices and made it out the other side - still living my commitment of drinking infrequently, and definitely not that night.
I wanted to share the whole story - the cocktail that made me question having one, the tactic I took to help me get clear on what I really wanted ultimately, and then an alternative I think bars should carry that would be a win win for them revenue wise and benefit for the consumer mood and health wise.
