Hello Dear One!
Are you one of the countless women over 40 who's been turned around by the latest urgent cry regarding protein?
The insistence to make sure you consume 30g within an hour of waking is making women who regularly DON'T eat breakfast comfortably believe they might be causing their body some form of harm by not adopting this practice.
The thing I'd like to say is that this is NOT essential or even appropriate for most women.
It MIGHT be useful for you - but you would need to both BE HUNGRY in the morning, and then noticeably benefit from it later in the day (more stable blood sugar, less hunger, less cravings at night).
SO if these things are clear and happening - GREAT!
BUT if it's a neutral feeling move, you're NOT hungry, AND you're interested in helping yourself with weight loss AND improving your health - this is not the best move.

SHE DID IT AGAIN!
Loving all the VICTORIES experienced this week.
From our newest Fat Burner losing 6 lbs in 12 days while, “not starving”, or feeling deprived (hello carb feasts)!
The lovely C is officially done with her program but is a CONFIRMED Fat Burner for life with how much it has changed hers and how her trajectory is looking. (Dramatically slimmer hips+ in a 5 week span = THANK YOU!)
L is rocking the house with her MISSING TUMMY (where did it go??) and continuing to casually lose despite eating more and not needing to be perfect.
I’m UP and DOWN according to the scale, but trending down, and got just below 130 for the first time in forEVER.
