I'm personally excited to be celebrating with friends while still not planning on eating or drinking (which is always an option) = never skip the party because of what might be there, or what others might be doing.

 

Either go and consume as you desire, or eat before and make it a non issue.  Or eat before and still indulge but have less space so you can be more selective and deliberate about what you have.

 

No situation is ever black or white.  Make it work for you and what you want.

 

Or make it your carb feast, which is what most Fat Burners do.

 

Anywho - wished to share a recent talk I gave about the BEST AM SEQUENCE for WEIGHT LOSS.

I love that these wins didn’t happen in a “perfect” week.

 
They happened at holiday parties.

 
With cookies, cocktails, flatbread, and Christmas events. 

 
And somehow… the scale kept moving for many. Or at the very least - it didn’t fight back. 

 
Typically my low key easy breezy wish for Fat Burners around times of EXPECTED indulgence (holidays, celebrations, vacations) is for them to simply not gain. 

 
But for them to also LOSE!!! 


AMAZING!!

 
Here’s what I’m seeing right now:

- Weight still dropping - even after holiday parties

- Clothes fitting looser while the scale catches up
 
- Bodies staying in the groove instead of backtracking
 
- People enjoying more indulgent food without freaking out or spiraling
 
- Metabolisms doing exactly what they’ve been trained to do

And that is the GOAL.

 
Because it isn’t like any other Holiday season.

 
We have CHANGED the GAME.
