FITTER FROSTING

 

 

REALLY?!

 

YES!  This admittedly isn't mind blowing but it's PRETTY good, with the potential to be even better.

 

And it’s infinitely better for your waistline than something from Betty Crocker.
 
 
 
I did actually use, honey (because it was on my carb feast day) but I might suggest using sugar free maple syrup specifically from ChocZero.
 
 
 
This could be happily added to a myriad of things (low carb mug cakes) or even combined with the sexy greek yogurt/cottage cheese creation of the moment.
 
 

 

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING (for cakes!)

 
½ cup powdered peanut butter (such as PB Fit)
 
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
 
6 Tbsp water
 
2-4 Tbsp honey or liquid sweetener of choice*
 
2 tsp coconut oil** optional
 
 
 
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
 
Place in fridge for 10 to 15 minutes to set.
 
Servings: 6
Calories: 67
Carbs: 10g
Protein: 4g
Fat: 3g
