BEING DE LU LU.

 

What does this actually mean?

 

De Lu Lu is slang for being DELUSIONAL.

 

Having a skewed view of what you're doing, inparticular in the realm of weight loss for our purposes here today.

 

 
 
So often when I encounter women who are wishing to lose weight I hear that they, “know what to do, they just need to do it”.
 
 
I call bullshit.
 
 
For 1 of 2 reasons.
 
 
1. “Just doing it.”, isn’t necessarily the easy part.
 
 
Sometimes we need MORE in order to, “just do it”.
 
 
Plus what’s most important to make something doable is EASE.
 
 
If something is hard to implement for ANY # of reasons (no time in day, exhausted already, complicated, restrictive, labor intensive…).
 
 
“Just doing it”, can be unrealistic @ best.
 
 
2. The Solution STILL doesn’t WORK! 
 
 
I see this ALL the time! Lovely ladies doubling down on TRYING HARDER, when what they’re efforting to do doesn’t really work. 
 
 
At least it doesn’t anymore. 
 
 
So instead of breaking away from what’s known but ineffective, they continue to bail water from a leaky boat. 
 
 
Wasting tons of TIME, ENERGY, and MONEY only to stay in the same place. 
 
 
Still feeling exhausted, in pain, HEAVY, uncomfortable in their own bodies, and often a bit depressed. 
 
 
How FRUSTRATING!!
 
 
The thing that I wish for every women over 40 who’s NOT rocking a body that she adores is to become DE LU LU about what you WANT!
 
 
Know that the shit you want is POSSIBLE and that it could come to you in a way that feels so much EASIER!
 
 
In a way that WORKS for you!
 
 
That requires LESS TIME!
 
 
With a process that’s EASIER!
 
 
That BECOMES EASIER the longer you do it (not harder!)! 
 
 
That enables you to LITERALLY Have Your Cake and Eat it Too! 
 
 
Let’s get all kinds of FANTASY FOCUSED about that!
