I had a conversation the other week that spurned the inspiration for this talk.

 

I had the pleasure of speaking with a newer connection over some current lifestyle struggles.  I heard how clearly this lovely lady was taking pains to do SO MUCH, "right", and how there were some big life changes that were getting in the way of her exercising or eating as she wished at times.

 

The big things I want to say about that is:

#1. Exercise is not required to lose weight.
