No??  Well strap in for both what it is and why you might HEAVILY consider joining if you're an established Fat Burner.  

 

Our next BOOST runs Sunday 5/11 - Saturday 5/31.

 

We already have TWELVE returning BOOSTers from past BOOSTs because this experience is POSITIVE and EFFECTIVE!

The BOOST is a 3 week group program to learn how to do slightly longer, cyclical FASTs (36-48 hours).

 

Our tactics ensure this is comfortable, clear, FUN, and full of support.

 

We use a variety of tools (liquids and even certain foods if needed) BASED on what a Fat Burner is feeling and needing.

 

This process is to both learn more about FASTing and how it works, and also more about our OWN body - it's tendencies and it's signals.

 

The whole point of this experience is for it to be COMFORTABLE, and to understand how to keep it comfortable.

 

We also have FASTing Buddies, which ROCK.

 

I pair everyone with a fellow BOOSTer to connect through their time together ESPECIALLY on their FASTing days.

 

You NEED a Buddy when FASTing (my opinion) as there can be moments of confusion or hunger and having someone else's hand to hold and stay connected to who is doing the SAME THING AS YOU is so helpful!

 

Sometimes a quick, "You got this!  Try ____.", can make all the difference in the world.

 

We have an ongoing Whatsapp chat as well as a weekly video call.

 

And WHY would one want to do this??

 

For the reasons of VANITY and HEALTH.

 

I always start with vanity, and health inevitably follows.

 

I chose this length of time because it enables the body to tap into STUBBORN STORED FAT (think belly, butt, and thighs).

 

This duration helps to break down dead protein (autophaghy) - ie. LOOSE skin from babies, surgery, aging, or even weight loss!

 

(and by the way using FASTing as a tool for weight loss tends to PREVENT loose skin from being an issue.)

 

This duration also increases breakdown of mutant cells, like cancerous ones (apoptosis),

 

Plus it helps SLOW AGING.

 

 

It supports and repairs every organ and system of the body.

 

Fasting is like sleeping as it's so reparative.

 

This will improve digestion, boost immunity, raise levels of human growth hormone, increase energy and SPARE MUSCLE.

 

Plus it SPEEDS UP WEIGHT LOSS in a way that's comfortable and basically unnoticeable.

 

Slightly longer FASTs are so useful and being able to use and leverage this ability your body has comfortably, is such an asset for your health and waistline.

 

SO.  I implore all Fat Burners to learn this skill for MANY reasons.

 

Once you learn it it's YOURS forever to use as desired to:

 - speed up weight loss

 - undo what you've already experienced (vacation)

 - offset what shows no signs of stopping (summer, holidays)

 

Lastly because I want everyone to do this and KEEP doing it as a group as desired our BOOST involves a one time payment, and an unlimited number of times one can participate.

 

It's awesome!

 

And it's so fun to BOOST again when you KNOW how easy and fun and EFFECTIVE it can be!
