Easter, Passover, or whichever celebration of rebirth you might acknowledge, has certainly passed - but needing to know how to handle holiday leftovers may still remain.

 

Holiday food is typically INDULGENT!

 

It's generally the most heavy hitting kind - meaning it's both high CARB and high FAT!

 

This of course equals high calories AND high delight!

 

Fat Burners ALWAYS make holidays their carb feast as it's such a logical move, plus it means that the day can exist free from guilt and full of benefit from the hormonal reset that can come from an influx of carbs and calories.

But what about AFTER the fact?

 

What happens when the party's over but the celebratory foods still remain?

 

We have to have a strategy on how to deal with them.

 

And truth be told we need to have a strategy that handles indulgent food ALL the time.
