Hello Dear One!


Have you ALWAYS attached ALL or NOTHING thinking to achieving some large change in your life?


ESPECIALLY in the realm of weight loss?


Most people (including my Fat Burners) often think they must do all exactly as spelled out - or all will be lost.


There could be nothing further from the truth.


The truth is there ARE moments that really matter.


With Fat Burning getting into that mode is a PROCESS.

 




What goes on does actually matters most at the start to establish new metabolic machinery to burn fat - but even within that time there's wiggle room. 


And then certainly following - the longer one is in a Fat Burning mode, the more flexibility and "forgiveness" one has.


The big thing I wanted to focus on here is that not only does CONSISTENCY and the majority rule - but it's unreasonable to expect ourselves to be by the book each and every day.


So what to do?


What I encourage my Fat Burners to do is be DELIBERATE about some things and relaxed about others.


The things to never waver on are the things that are DAILY and feel EASY.


Doing Intermittent Fasting every day.


Taking your supplements every day.


Only eating twice a day.


Not snacking.


Making sure to have at least 2-3 hours, ideally 4, between dinner and bed every day.


Aiming to get 7+ hours of sleep every night...


When you have many non negotiables that FEEL EASY it's WAY less of a big deal when we veer away from the script.


It's when we're either super casual about all OR when we deviate a bit and believe ALL IS LOST - that we never get to our desired place.

 




So what to do?


Get the map for how to get to your destination.


Start implementing what you need to do to get you there.

 

Then figure out the DAILY stuff that feels EASY, or any part of it that feels easy, and DO THAT.


ALL THE TIME.


And then when you actually do come to a crossroad that makes you wish to deviate - weigh how much you really want it.


And if it would be the most exciting and pleasurable experience - DO IT.


And if you can wait a day until your next carb feast, or go to bed early tonight as you'll be out late tomorrow...DO THAT.


 

Take your wins where you can get them and you will ALWAYS succeed.
