How vs What: #1 Coffee

Hello Dear One!
Now if you’re like many you’ve lumped coffee into the, “necessary evil”, category.
Meaning that you love it even though you believe that you should be drinking less/not at all, and that it really isn’t good for your health.
The truth is HOW we consume coffee can make a much larger impact on ITS impact than the fact that we’re drinking coffee alone.
The reason why coffee has gotten a bad rap, is because it CAN raise levels of cortisol and adrenaline (stress hormones), disrupt our sleep, cause anxiety, high blood pressure, give us digestive issues, and keep us in a sugar burning mode.
Eek! And boo.
The truth is that that CAN happen, but it doesn’t have to.
Two major considerations in these effects are both:
1) how much
2) quality
When we stay below the 12oz mark (3 TBS of grounds = one big cup), we don’t tax the adrenal glands resulting in elevated stress hormones, an agitated nervous system, compromised digestion, or reinforcing the biological mode that makes weight loss and robust health harder.
Additionally QUALITY in the form of your coffee being mycotoxin ( = mold) free is also quite helpful in this effort.
A coffee WITH mycotoxins (or mold) will more than likely tax your adrenal glands and have all the nasty stress hormone elevation, fight or flight stuff result.
But a coffee that is FREE of such stuff WON’T!

And the presence of mold is not related to how the coffee is grown, more so how it’s STORED.
So buying based on that will give you a mega leg up in the effort to keep your health/body/waistline in good standing.
ADDITIONALLY, how to USE coffee to the greatest degree for health AND weight loss is to make it “bulletproof” and have it in the morning.
One thing I talk about, use with my Fat Burners, and PUSH ALL THE TIME is to use Bulletproof Coffee every morning and take part in the practice of Intermittent Fasting.
The reason why we do this (WHEN WE’RE NOT HUNGRY IN THE MORNING) is because it enables the body to comfortably stay in a fasted state where insulin sensitivity is enhanced (easier to lose weight, harder to gain it), inflammation is reduced, and the body can work off of fat stores easily.
Also having 12 oz or less of MOLD FREE coffee enables our hormonal balance to stay in good standing as well as for a FAT BURNING MODE (vs a SUGAR BURNING ONE) to be reinforced.
PLUS, COFFEE HAS BENEFITS WHEN USED CORRECTLY!
Coffee has antioxidants called polyphenols (like in dark berries) which can help with digestion+, it helps with fat oxidation (fat burning), supports our metabolism, and small amounts gives us a little extra energy and focus while reducing appetite comfortably.
Plus it’s an amazing vehicle for the fat of choice (grass fed butter, heavy cream or MCT oil) that additionally gives a rich, creamy, satisfying drink that enables the glorious state of fat burning and process of intermittent fasting to take place.
How I do it, and what I encourage my fat burners to do:
