Hello Dear One!
Excited to share yet another Fat Burner's story from struggle to success.
This Busy Mom of 3 was referred by another Fat Burner who had also been experiencing the same road blocks as she.
After witnessing her girlfriend lose weight in a way that was also comfortable and required LESS EFFORT she finally thought to reach out to me.
Things sounded TOUGH for Leanne.
In many respects she was doing a LOT right and also working HARD at it.
Because of a past surgery her back was practically in constant pain that walking and most exercise aggravated.
Couple that with being on the GO, managing 3 small children and all their activities, and having daily dietary uncertainty from often being on the road for dinner/meals - I was unsure exactly how this would go.
And how it went?
REALLY WELL.
Leanne is a QUEEN!
EASY! Compliant. Never overcomplicated things. Spoke up when needed, and honestly followed instructions more often than not.
She went on SEVERAL trips during our time together (cheerleading for her daughter, a girl's trip, and a family vacation) over which she played her cards WELL.
She was mindful (Not perfect! Which is perfect!) on all and CHOSE when she wanted to color outside of the lines (what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas).
I love that despite deviation she has kept steadily losing since starting on March 25th.
She's lost 21 pounds in 11 weeks and is simply continuing to LOSE MORE.
Seems like she'll be joining our BOOST in July to deepen her state and studies of what Fat Burning can enable.

Here are her responses to the questions I typically ask my Fat Burners when they generously wish to share their experience.
1. What was life like before Fat Burning PRO?
Life before was hard.
Clothes were no longer fitting.
The worst however was I snored so badly my husband could no longer stay in our bed at night.
He started sleeping in our pull out bed but that was uncomfortable, and he was beginning to be in pain.
My weight was affecting him physically, and I knew I needed to make a change.
2. What made you reach out to Michaela?
I had a friend tell me about Michaela and her program!
We had both worked out together and had the same personal trainer.
I felt we had the same body type and same struggles.
Once she told me how much she lost and how easy it was, I knew I needed to find out more about it.
3. How was the process of Fat Burning?
I had always been taught to eat 6 meals a day, and a high protein diet - so it was vastly different than my current intake.
Once I got through the first week (the first week is always a hard one with change) it’s been very easy to follow!
We do intermittent fasting in a way that's easy (not scary) and the structure of our meals are so self explanatory.
I’m also saving money by not eating as much!
4. What is life like now?
Life is much better!
My husband is now sleeping soundly through the night, and in our bed!
Once I started to lose weight, he said I stopped snoring.
I’m even going to cancel my sleep study.
Meal wise, it’s very straightforward and after 11 weeks, I’m down 21 pounds.
5. Would you recommend this program?
I would recommend this whole heartedly!
As a mother of 3, I don’t have time to count calories or macros.
I don’t want to have to figure out what foods are on my diet and what is not.
I get to indulge in the sweets and carbs (especially at carb feasts) and not feel like I’m missing out on my favorite foods!
It’s a win win for me.
