As soothing or sedating as those things MAY be (sometimes the LAST thing I want to do is meditate) they don't actually fill the bill when real deal care is needed.

It's Care that not only has a variety of flavors (vs just NICE) that suit where you are right NOW.
I broke this down into 3 main categories.
1. PLEASURE - outlets that feel delightful.
Things that make you SMILE, LAUGH, get EXCITED, items/actions you DESIRE.
2. LIFE FORCE ACTIVATION - outlets that makes you feel ALIVE
This could be stuff that gets you outside of your comfort zone. Stuff that's a little scary and a lot FUN. Things that undeniably light you up and turn you ON to a HUGE degree. Life Affirming!!
3. SOUL SHARING and CLEARING
Getting our messy, sad, furious, shameful crap OUT. Bearing your soul to a loved and present person, or even simply getting your stuff out on paper, out loud, or through movement.

All done for this session - and our BOOSTers did SUCH a great job!
I feel like I heard of casual completion of 48, or just under 48, hour FASTs for so much of this round of the BOOST.
These ladies showed their stripes as being total PRO's.
Plus we got to leverage the FEAST of a holiday (Easter for many) into making another FAST happen easily and naturally (I know I did = Carrot Cake anyone?).
