If you ARE proficient with kettlebells this workout could be of the lather, rinse, repeat kind.

 When to do this?

 

I find morning is best.

 

Give yourself 20-30 min before the day takes over and get some physical challenge and conditioning in that will help your WHOLE BEING, brain, mood and body.

 

Did you know that EXERCISE helps raise GOOD cholesterol??

 

I didn't until a recent blood test showed that mine was off the charts. 

 

 

You will get stronger, have more stamina, lose weight, have a better hormonal balance, improve memory/cognition, boost your mood, reduce stress, craft a physique that feels great to be in and look at, and develop a sense of PRIDE from sticking with the commitment you continue to make to yourself.

 

So let's make it happen!

 

There is NO excuse for NOT being able to dedicate 20-30 min to focus on you, your health, mood, and waistline.

 

And if you DO do that with consistency, not only will you FEEL and LOOK increasingly fit, but you will also feel GOOD about yourself as you show yourself daily what an important, valuable, precious, deserving to be cared for, human being you are.
